Hotel and private lodging business
Arihitoya Co., Ltd. has been operating a private lodging business since 2015, and started a hotel business in 2018.
We plan and operate private lodgings and hotels to meet the various needs of foreign tourists visiting Japan.
Our hotel and private lodging business team at Hitoya has maximized the strengths of the property and provided added value beyond accommodation, which has resulted in our clients bringing in 30 times more profit than they would have received from a normal business.
Currently, Arihito operates 12 private lodgings and hotels within Tokyo and two outside the city.
Uhome Ru Ryokan
Uhome Minami Otsuka is a newly built family-type house. The interior is designed to be relaxing for the whole family, and we have carefully selected bedding and furniture. It is located in a quiet residential area, so you won't be bothered by noise.
The nearest station is Otsuka Station on the JR Yamanote Line. It is a 2-minute walk from JR Otsuka Station, and you can go to major stations on the Yamanote Line (Ikebukuro, Ueno Akihabara, Shinjuku Station) without changing trains.
The maximum occupancy is 12 people, making it ideal for large groups. The kitchen is equipped with a variety of kitchen utensils so you can enjoy any type of cooking.
Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.
Uhome Takaosan Hotel
New 4 bedroom villa in Mt. Takao, sleeps up to 20 people.
The nearest station, Takaosanguchi Station, is a 48-minute direct train ride from Shinjuku.
Enjoy a private entrance, comfortable beds, modern bathrooms and free parking.
A famous traditional Japanese restaurant is located a 3-minute walk away.

The nearest station is Kanda Station on the JR Yamanote Line, a 4-minute walk away, and the JR Pass is a recommended ticket.
Akihabara is also within walking distance.
You can access Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Ginza without having to transfer.
It was renovated in March 2018.

The rooms are on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, so maybe not suitable for elderly people.
